Mrs. Diana Munch has over 40 years of experience teaching piano lessons. Mrs. Munch studied piano with prestigious pedagogues such as Lawrence LaGore, Mischa Kottler, Flavio Varani and Thomas Kuras. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Vocal Music Education and has taught elementary school vocal music for five years.
Mrs. Diana Munch served as the staff accompanist for the Wayne State University Music Department for seven years. She has served as the music director of Universalist Unitarian Church of Farmington since 1998.
In addition to piano, Mrs. Munch’s interests include the harpsichord and fortepiano. She studied harpsichord and fortepiano with Penelope Crawford. Mrs. Munch frequently performs with an early music ensemble, Les Écuries du Roy and has attended the Baroque Performance Institute since 2000.
Mrs. Diana Munch is an active member of Livonia Area Piano Teachers Forum where she has served as the Student Achievement Testing Chairperson since 1998. She also served as the Student Achievement Testing Coordinator from 2010-2017 for Michigan Music Teachers Association and served on the SAT Handbook Revision Committee.
